Born in San Clemente, California, Kurt Olsen is the youngest of four children and was raised by a loving mother and father who is well known name in the fine carpentry industry. From the earliest years of his life he has had a passion for building. A fitting reason as to why he started TLM Building. Once in the contracting business, it was obvious the industry had a bad reputation for a lack of trust, communication, craftsmanship and pride. The traits that we focus on.
